EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

ST. EDWARD'S UNIVERSITY:

Tina Matthews  graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas as a Finance Major and Accounting Minor.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSES:

Tina currently holds a Texas Life and Health license, and Series 6, 63, 7 and 66 securities registrations, all of which allow her to perform comprehensive insurance and investment planning* with her clients.

CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT (ChFC®):

Tina studied at The American College, a renown educator for financial professionals.  She has completed the educational and experience processes of the most advanced financial planning program to date, the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). This rigorous process prepares planners with practical tactics designed to offer the best solutions to their clients and their families.

CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST (CDFA):

This designation was earned through The Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, the premier national organization dedicated to the certification, education and promotion of the use of financial professionals in the divorce arena.  The Institute provides comprhensive training using a variety of knowledge and skill-building techniques.  Graduates know how to help their clients with financial issues that will affect the rest of their post-divorce lives.

RETIREMENT INCOME CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL (RICP®):

ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Completed 11.5 credit hours and 3 ethics hours in Collaborative Law Training.

In order to maintain an active status of her designations, Tina is required to take continuing education to stay current on financial issues in today's ever changing world of finance.

In addition to the above designations, Tina has completed the 21 module course provided by Kingdom Advisors teaching the Biblical principals of financial planning.  She implements these as a foundation for her guidance.
